Healthy relationships are one of the eight essential Pillars of Health says holistic minded GP, Dr Joe Kosterich*.  Aside from those with family and friends, there are many other important relationships that need tending. “These include our relationships with time, work, rest and play and ourselves. Plus there is the way we relate to money which can be a source of stress for many” he says.
In fact empowering and nurturing our relationship with money is essential for holistic wellbeing, Linda Byart*, Founder of the Holistic Wellbeing Institute said in Perth today.  Regardless of our financial situation, if we are honest, we would all like more money to easily flow into our lives, right?
But what if, she asked, in common with many other people, we have old beliefs and patterns of thought deeply embedded in our nervous system that are consistently sabotaging and undermining all our efforts to enjoy a really healthy and sustainable relationship with money?
Without us realising it, beliefs and emotionally charged concepts, perceptions and memories can be actively working away in the background exerting a negative influence on our financial wellbeing.
The good news is that a healthy and rewarding interaction with money can be had, free of the damaging trade off choices we commonly find ourselves faced with and normally accept as inevitable, she said.
It needs to be recognised that prosperity is not a selfish desire but a natural instinct as fundamental to our personal and communal holistic wellbeing as food and shelter and company.
Attention to diet, exercise and stress management are already given a high profile as key factors with regard to looking after our health, but the importance of having a healthy perspective towards money is not usually included as essential for overall health and wellbeing, she points out.
According to neural therapist Shivaya Reo, if there is any kind of recurrent problem with money in your life then there is a high probability that the root of the problem lies in subconscious perceptions and beliefs that you are not even aware of, rather than in the external factors that usually get the blame.

Even if we blame ourselves for poor financial decisions and choices, such self-recrimination may not be warranted, she said in Perth today, and it adds unnecessary extra stress to an already stressful situation, she claims.
If we do not realise that the contents of our subconscious mind can exert a dramatically powerful influence on our decision making process then we get locked and trapped into those patterns of behaviour that destroy what could, and should be a healthy happy relationship with money, she says.  These repeated subconscious patterns of behaviour in relation to money can and do render our relationship with this important form of energy as strained or difficult, hard work or even toxic, she says.
Over time negative beliefs, fears or painful memories associated with money build neural pathway structures in our nervous system that are consistently being reinforced and which can become self fulfilling, she says.  With help, a new neural pathway can be established which allows our mental energy to take a different path and produce a different, happier outcome.
Shivaya Reo’s forte is rewiring neural pathways in ways that result in permanent more productive attitudes towards money and other aspects of life.  It is a unique therapeutic approach that she has developed over many years of working as a coach, mentor and facilitator of healing to those seeking transformational improvements in their life and well-being.  She has been named the Coach’s Coach with many successful celebrities in the personal development and business coaching field choosing to use her unique support to sustain their own personal wellbeing and success.
Cost for a 2 hour intensive therapeutic intervention is normally over $550, however as an introductory gesture Wednesday’s session is being offered to a small group of interested people for just $45.  Two paying participants will receive a third ticket free.
Our support for this event is based on direct experience over many years of witnessing the extraordinary breakthroughs and results that Shivaya has achieved with her unique NPR coaching approach in many areas of people’s lives.  These include removing the unconscious blocks to conception that have kept otherwise healthy couples childless until her intervention, Mrs Byart said today.

We are confident that this event next Wednesday is a genuine and rare opportunity to breakthrough whatever has been holding us back from a more enjoyable and rewarding relationship with money and encourage interested people to book now as places are limited: Money Relationship Link
